John MacMurchy is a Canadian woodwind player and composer. He has released five albums to critical acclaim and international airplay. He has worked with artists as varied as Warren Vaché, Guido Basso, Henry Mancini, Cleo Laine, John Dankworth, Keith Emmerson, Linda Ronstadt, Don Thompson, and Howard Alden. John is also a busy sideman and arranger on the Toronto scene.
